This year, COMMUNICASHONE launches an ‘open’ version of it’s highly successful CREASHONE - The Creative Training Programme, which offers trainers the opportunity to discover their creativity and explore new ways of helping people to learn and shine. This unique Creative Journey into Learning and Development takes place over three days. The programme focuses on experiencing Creative Learning and then putting ‘the practice into theory’. It introduces Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), accelerated learning and brain friendly training methods. Learners work on a ‘real time’ business project where they apply and evaluate their new training techniques. CREASHONE develops the trainer’s individual creativity in practical ways, to design and deliver more active and innovative events, to enthuse and inspire their groups, freeing them from doing all the talking and letting learners do the learning. First Direct and Littlewoods Retail Ltd have been enrolling their trainers for the past two years on a six day programme specifically designed for their teams.
