COMMUNICASHONE was established in 1997, by Llorett Kemplen. Llorett has more than 15 years experience in learning and development. She was Head of Sales Training for The Body Shop International Plc and has held positions with The Burton Group and Grand Metropolitan Retailing.

Llorett is a member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is a qualified CIPD trainer. She is also a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), the study of excellence in communication and has integrated NLP into her training since 1991.

COMMUNICASHONE enjoys continuing working relationships with, among others,

and was delighted to be invited as a trainer on the Visitor Managers Training Programme at The Millennium Dome. This training programme was one of the finalists in the National Training Awards.

We design and deliver training with the support of six associate trainers. All have extensive experience in the fields of learning and development, are qualified CIPD trainers and practitioners in NLP.

We have worked together for over six years and share the same values about work and play, and how learning must be fun as well as effective.
